We process payments through PayPal as a secure payment provider.

Taxes

Taxes are collected at 15% to cover both GST (7% - Canadian Goods and Services Tax) and PST (8% - Ontario Provincial Sales Tax). When necessary, credit back to the customer will be sent via PayPal for any tax collected in excess. Taxes are also applied to shipping as required.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns on products. All sales are final.

Warranty Policy

If your purchase is damaged from shipping damage or breaks within the warranty period, please contact us right away. If it's a Manufacturers warranty, you will have to work directly with the Manufacturer, otherwise we will handle the shipment of the replacement parts. Customers are responsible for all return and replace shipping charges. You will be requested to send in your damaged or non-working item in the event it is not covered under manufacturers warranty.

Shipping Information:

All orders are processed daily. Products normally ship same or next day unless specified on the product page. We cannot guarantee a certain delivery date due to occasional shipping company and warehouse delays. Once your order ships, ground delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days within Canada and 3-7 days to the US, depending on where you live. You will be sent tracking information via email after shipment has been made.
