A Very Indigo Christmas!

I've been very drawn to dark, moody blues of late and couldn't think of a better colour to start my Christmas mood board with than with an indigo blue. Along with the perfect indigo blue, I've added deep baby blue, grey, gold and a hint of mint. To really make these colours pop, I've used Kraft Paper as the base, this really allows the blues to stand out and pairing them with a (gold) metallic takes my wrapping to another level (yes, I take my wrapping very seriously).

A Very Indigo Christmas - 2015

If you're like me, you've practically finished your Christmas wrapping and you're waiting with anticipation for all the goodies to be un-wrapped and enjoyed (yes... finished, jealous?). If you haven't yet started and are looking for inspiration, try picking one solid colour (like a blue) and search online or in your local stationery shops for all the bits and pieces you might need like paper, ribbon, tape and embellishments. Seeing what's on offer will then lead you in the right direction... after all, you don't want to decide on a certain colour palette and find out there's nothing available to realise your dream.
